The Eco District development plan consists to design an Eco District concept to achieve the objectives of the city of Bandung for this district and meet the main needs and expectations of the different stake holders in terms of: High quality of life: a safe place in which to live and work, where people enjoy to be and where people can develop strong social links as individual and as member of different social groups. High efficiency: a place where the services provided allow to the different stakeholders to develop their professional and personal activities with effectiveness and efficiency whatever it is for business, health, education, religion, culture or sport. High sustainability: a place where the "high quality of life" and "high efficiency" meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs
